Mercer Engineering Ltd was founded in 1999, initially as a food process commissioning service, targeting the Dairy and Brewery industries. Over the past 23 years we have seen the successful completion of many projects worldwide including Breweries in South Africa for SAB and in Ireland for Diageo (Guinness). Danone, Arla Foods in UK and Europe along with numerous projects for Almarai and Nadec Dairies in the Middle East. From 2016 to 2019 we were involved in site installation, project and commissioning management of two greenfield Dairies for Food Union in Hohhot and DongYing China which were built simultaneously and were successfully completed on time and within budget. Involved with the installation and site management of a greenfield Spray Dryer for Aurivo Ireland.

Milk Pasteurisation, MFF, UF, RO and NF process plants along with two large Spray Dryers for Inleit Spain. Mix Plant and UHT Process Plant for Danone Turkey and recently (Sep-Nov 2022) the commissioning of a SCM process for Clover in South Africa.

We aim to provide a full range of services to the Food and Beverage industry with Site Management, Mechanical Site Supervision, Commissioning and Automation Control. All our engineers have many years of experience in their particular fields and would be reliable and enthusiastic either as a team member or working individually.
