Project/Site Management

Site management of major projects undertaken worldwide. Recent projects include Arla 'Super Dairy' in Aylesbury UK and two simultaneously built Dairy Plants at Hohhot and Dong Ying, China, for Food Union. Recent completion of a new Spray Dryer for Aurivo, Ireland.

Installation

Our supervisors all have more than 30 years experience within the Food Process industry and have been involved with many Dairy and Brewery projects. 
Including Arla Foods 'Super Dairy' Aylesbury UK, Alpro at Burton Latimer UK and two greenfield Dairies in Hohhot and DongYing, in the Peoples' Republic of China. Recent and ongoing projects include two greenfield Breweries in Canada (Molson Coors) for GEA Germany and a Teqilla plant in Mexico for Diageo.

Commissioning

Since 1999 we have commissioned numerous process systems, from small milk standardising units to complete factories, as individual members of a team or as commissioning management. European and worldwide support for SPX (UK, Denmark, France, Belgium, South Africa, Middle East) and Frau Impianti, Andritz

Automation

From PLC support during commissioning to full factory software and Scada packages our software engineers have expert knowledge in the field of Food Process control and automation. 
They have supported factories worldwide including UK, Saudi Arabia, India and China.
Currently undertaking projects in India and the far east for SPX India as well as providing remote 24/7 Automation support to major UK companies Arla Foods and Alpro from our Mumbai office.

With over 33 years project and site management experience in the liquid food industry we are confident that we can provide the service you need to help realise your project.
At present we are project managing the installation and commissioning of two multi million dollar dairies in China. We have been involved throughout concept design, installation and commissioning and are now conducting successful product trials prior to the upcoming product launches.
We were also recently involved in the expansion of the large Arla Foods dairy in UK where new plant was incorporated into the existing production process without major disruptions to production.

Installation

Implementation of the client's health and safety policies and constant monitoring of compliance by sub-contract labour.

Monitoring that the correct PPE is in place for the various activities.

Management of work permits if required.

Adherence to CDM regulations where applicable.

Supervision of the pipework installation ensuring that the process pipes are installed to the design specifications and sizes on the P&IDs.

Checking and supervision of 'skid' design and build.

Quality control including weld inspections to ensure they adhere to hygienic requirements.

Control of  'break-ins' required to connect to existing process areas.
